1. Services: FabricBack provides fabric backing and finishing services as specified in customer orders. All work is performed to industry standards unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion unless credit terms have been pre-approved. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be applied to accounts over 30 days past due.
3. Material Handling: FabricBack exercises care in handling customer materials but is not responsible for defects in materials supplied by the customer or inherent fabric characteristics.
4. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of reprocessing fabric or refunding the processing fee. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses.
5. Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Rush processing fees are non-refundable.
6. Processing Time: Processing times are estimates and may vary based on volume and material conditions. Rush fees apply for expedited service.
