Upon submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with further instructions on how to properly label and ship your fabric.

Once we receive your shipment, we will measure the fabric(s) and email you a Pro-forma invoice that can be paid online or by mailing a check. Fabric(s) will be processed after receiving payment online or by mail.

Terms & Conditions:

Sunsilks Inc., doing business as Fabric Backing & Finishing, LLC (collectively, "Company") makes the following limitations on its liability and sets forth the governing law for its services:

1. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:

Company disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The customer acknowledges and assumes all risk of loss or damage arising out of or related to the Company's processing or treatment of the customer's fabrics.
Company shall not be liable under any theory of liability, including, but not limited to, contract, tort, strict liability, or negligence, for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary) arising out of or related to Company's processing or treatment of customer's fabrics.

2. Customer Responsibility:

Inspecting its fabrics and/or paper before submitting them to Company.
Ensuring the compatibility of the provided fabrics and/or paper with the requested treatment.
Verifying the accuracy of the work order and/or purchase order concerning the desired pattern number and treatment upon submission and receipt of the finished product.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any dispute or litigation arising out of or relating to the services provided by Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
Exclusive jurisdiction for any such dispute or litigation shall be vested in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Georgia.
