  • If you are not certain on which Backing or Finish you need, please indicate it on the Special Instructions Box. We will contact you and assist you to choose the correct treatment(s)

  • You may also e-mail us your own purchase order, or send us a completed work-order form.

Further Instructions:

Upon submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with further instructions on how to properly label and ship your fabric. The email will also contain a printable order form that must be attached with the fabric shipment to correctly process your order and avoid delays.

Once we receive your shipment, we will measure and inspect the fabric and email you a pro-forma invoice and credit card authorization form for payment. Fabric will be processed after receiving payment.

Terms & Conditions:

Fabric Backing & Finishing, LLC is not responsible, under any circumstances or for any reason, damages to Customer fabric (material) due to our processing or treatment. Customer assumes all risks. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to inspect and reprocess any goods deemed unacceptable by the customer. Shortages must be reported to us within 7 days, and must be checked by us before goods are cut. Cutting tickets are not proof of a shortage. Returns for reprocessing cannot be considered after material has been cut or fabricated in any way. No financial responsibility can be assumed by us for any expenditure or inconvenience caused by delay in processing or shipping services that may relate to the time of need for the finished product. We retain all rights and interests of goods until our invoice is paid in full.

Storage charges will be applied for goods not picked up after three months of invoice date. Not liable for goods for damage, shortage or lost after six months.

Fabric backing and Finishing, LLC under no circumstances, irrespective of any omission or negligence, be liable for reimbursement of cost of fabric more than $10.00 per yard.

If a lawsuit is necessary to collect a past due account, the client agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and court costs. It is hereby agreed that any and all disputes and/or litigation between Fabric Backing & Finishing, LLC and Purchases will be governed by the law of the state of GA adjucated in a court of competent jurisdiction having its sites in the state of GA. Prices are subject to change without notice.
